The Ceramic Reflections was developed by Hazel Balfour and Joyce Major in early June 2003.  They discovered the process while attending a conference in Chicago.  Realizing the potential of customizing ceramic tile, they have offered their services to homes, businesses and charitable organizations.

Hazel Balfour, Graphics Design Coordinator for the company has developed designs ranging from logos to custom artwork for special events for a variety of organizations.  Hazel's technical expertise accompanies an artistic flair that is evident in even the most personalized work.

Joyce Major, Product Coordinator and Public Liaison, hand selects tiles used in murals on both floor and structural work based on texture and quality.  Joyce's experience with the public benefits each customer assuring that every Ceramic Reflection creation combines professional quality with the personal touch.
