Frequently Asked Questions ...

Can any photo be used?
Yes the better the photograph the better the results.  Small photographs can be transformed into large murals.  All photographs are cleaned up so that the best reproductions can be made. Click here for more information on photo options.

How do I know which tile should be used?
All you have to do is tell us where you want to use the tile and we can advise you which tile is best.  We carry tiles for decorative purposes and tiles that can be installed in wet or dry areas.  We want your project to last and bring you enjoyment for years to come.

Do you have artwork I can use?
Yes we have several artists who work with us.  There will be an additional fee charged by the artist for original artwork.  You can have an original creation that isn't available to anyone else.

What about copyright permissions?
We can not reproduce copyrighted material without written permission from the artist or photographer.  It has been our experience that most artists give permission because this is something they do not offer.  If you can not find the artist we can discuss the photograph.

How long do I have to wait?
We start work on your project immediately upon receipt of your photograph or artwork.  Most projects are completed and ready for shipping in about a week.  We ship via UPS or Federal Express.

When do I pay for the order?
All orders must be prepaid before the order will be shipped.  We accept VISA, MC, money orders and personal checks.  Checks must clear the bank before the order is shipped.

What is the reproduction quality like?
The perfect photo makes the perfect tile.  Small blurry photos become large blurry tiles.  We can change color photos to black and white.  Some photo corrections can be done. Please ask for possible photo charges for extra work.  Names and dates can be added for no extra charge.  Long photos need long tiles.  To make a long photo fit on a tile it must be cropped to fit and you will lose some on either side of the photo.
