Installation information ...

All large murals that are to be installed are shipped unassembled.  Each tile is marked for easy layout.

If you decide to use grout, use a non-sand grout.

Caring for your tiles is easy.  Use a glass cleaner without ammonia.  Never use ammonia, scouting powders or other abrasives as they will scratch the finish and mar image.  Do not use strong chemicals cleansers such as acid or acetone as they will etch the glaze on the tiles.

Broken tiles.  If a tile is broken in shipping it will be replaced free of charge.
